Today is the 5 Boro bike tour. 40 miles bike race through all 5 Boroughs. My friend Christopher Russo number 814 will be racing in honor of Josia. He has been training vigorously running 5 mile on the week days and bike trailing over 10 miles on the weekend nonstop for 3 months.
